Over the past decade, we’ve grown a portfolio of more than 3 million sq ft of creative buildings across London and the UK - spanning HQ workspaces to start-up hubs, light-industrial complexes to boutique hotels, co-living to cultural infrastructure. With a £1.9bn development pipeline, we operate at scale, while remaining deeply hands-on in how our places are conceived, delivered and ultimately used.
For us, development is both a creative act and a commercial discipline, each strengthening the other.
