Featuring a pioneering new eight-storey cross laminated timber office tower, combined with a resolute focus on sustainability through adaptive reuse and outstanding operational efficiency, Singer Studios is at the cutting edge of sustainability – achieving net zero carbon in operation, Breeam Outstanding and Well Platinum.
A commitment to social infrastructure and local partnerships will see four artist commissions across the site, affordable retail and workspaces provided to SMEs, and a new community centre providing free spaces for neighbours and local organisations to run events, with a 10 year funding to enable true local programming to flourish.
